Top 5 iOS Navigation and Maps Apps in the Middle East: Q4 2024 Performance

In the final quarter of 2024, the leading navigation and maps applications on the iOS platform in the Middle East demonstrated varied performance trends, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Google Maps maintained a steady user base, with weekly active users fluctuating around 11.5M to 11.8M. Downloads saw a slight increase towards the end of the quarter, peaking at about 79K in the last week of December.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic experienced a gradual rise in downloads, reaching approximately 20K in late December. Weekly active users also showed growth, peaking at around 2.5M towards the end of the quarter.

Google Earth had a notable increase in downloads at the end of October, with numbers reaching 18K. However, active users saw a slight decline, ending the quarter at about 145K.

JESR | جسر saw a significant rise in downloads in early November, with numbers reaching over 19K. Active users increased steadily, ending the quarter just above 78K.

Radarbot: Speed Cameras | GPS experienced a consistent revenue stream, peaking at $13.4K in late December. Downloads fluctuated, with a notable peak of 10.4K in the final week of the year, while active users remained stable around 54K.
